Miranda-Aurora Bellatrix
A 2000+ year old Jovian who was created through alien science experiments. At first, she was made to be a peacemaker for Jupiter-Earth relations, having both human and alien like features. She was the standard of beauty for both. But when the Jovians began to fear that Earth was planning on destroying them, they gave her powers to protect them. Unfortunately, she was one of the last survivors.

Character exploration considering shape language, personality in style and color theory. It was important to conceptualize poses and expressions that are significant to the character's impersonal yet dutiful demeanor. After all of her loss, the only thing she can trust is following out her orders: to protect life.
Research in consideration for Miranda-Aurora's character as an alien but an alien who believes her only purpose is to serve. Incorporating Retro Futuristic and 1960s styles along with researching iconic comic heroines who either share values or purpose to Miranda-Aurora and how they are portrayed in art style. Show, not tell.
